"The Bridges for Autism Foundation held its first annual Family Fun Treasure Hunt Walk on Sunday June 22, 2008.

Betsy invited all of her friends to attend the walk and pay the registration fee instead of buying her a gift. We were in awe of Betsy's heart and awarded her a certificate. She inspired other children to give to charity as opposed to receiving gifts at their next birthday party! The money raised from the walk directly supports the Bridges Grant Program. A special thanks to Melissa Tolman, MS, CCC-SLP and the volunteers who organized and ran the whole event, and the Deerfield Police Department and Deerfield Park District for their cooperation and support! The walk received rave reviews from all who attended."

3rd Annual Charity Rummage Sale

David and I want to thank each and everyone who donated their time, money, goods and services to the Bridges for Autism Foundation’s 2nd annual fall benefit.

We had a fabulous evening at Stoney River Restaurant on November 11, 2007. We filled the house with 200 people and listened to outstanding music by Jeff and Barb Trudell. Everyone enjoyed the ample amounts of delicious food. We were so grateful for the exquisite service we received by Luigi Millacardi, General Manager and his flawless servers and staff.
